Confidentiality
All readings are confidential.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to book or receive a reading. I reserve the right to refuse a reading.

Payment
Payment in full is due before your reading via Zelle or Venmo. You’ll be prompted to submit payment info when you schedule.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals (Zoom readings)

• If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session, we can find a new time.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you won’t receive a refund, and the full fee is due again to rebook.

• I have a 10-minute waiting period for every reading. If I don’t hear from you before our session, I reserve the right to cancel your reading without the possibility of a refund. If you think you’ll be late, please reach out via email only at claire.salinda (at) gmail.com.

• Missed readings aren’t refundable. If you don’t show up and want to rebook, you’ll need to pay again.

Voice note readings
Payment in full is due before I begin. Voice note readings are non-refundable once I’ve received your question. If you’d like to cancel before then, please email me as soon as possible. I aim to send your card photo and voice note within 24 hours of receiving your question and payment.

Refunds
I don’t offer refunds after a reading has taken place, or for gift certificates and gifted readings.

What I do and don’t do
I’m not a psychic, and I’m also not a psychiatrist, therapist, social worker, lawyer, financial advisor, or doctor. I can’t provide legal, medical, or financial advice, or psychological counseling. Please consult a qualified professional if you need one.
