Terms and Conditions

All readings are confidential.

Payment must be made in full before the time of the scheduled reading via Paypal/Venmo. You will be prompted to submit payment info when you schedule a reading.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive a reading from me.

I reserve the right to refuse to do a reading.

I have a 10-minute waiting period for every reading. If I don't hear from you before our session, I reserve the right to cancel your reading without the possibility of a refund. If you think you’ll be late, please reach out via email only at claire.salinda (at) gmail.com.

I do not offer refunds after readings or for gift certificates/gifted readings. I also do not offer refunds for missed readings. If, for example, you booked a reading but forgot to show up and you decide to rebook, you’ll need to pay for the rescheduled reading.

There is a 24-hour notice period for canceled readings. If you cancel less than 24 hours before our booking, you will not receive a refund and will need to pay the full fee if you want to reschedule. Please contact me as soon as possible if you can’t keep your appointment — we can definitely reschedule if it’s before the 24-hour mark!

As I said at the start, I’m not a psychic. I’m also not a psychiatrist, therapist, social worker, lawyer, financial advisor, or doctor. Therefore, I can't provide legal, medical or financial advice, or psychological counseling. Please consult a medical or legal professional if needed.
